Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what data NomadStayHQ collects, why, and how it’s used. We’ve written this in plain English — no legal maze required.
Who we are
NomadStayHQ is a hotel comparison site for digital nomads, located at nomadstayhq.com. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at nomadstayhq@gmail.com.
What data we collect
When you visit the site: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use NomadStayHQ — things like which pages are popular, where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This data is anonymised and aggregated; we can’t identify you personally from it.
When you contact us: if you reach out via our contact form or by email, we’ll have your name, email address, and whatever you share in your message. We use this only to respond to you and won’t add you to any mailing list without your permission.
Cookies: we use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. When you click through to a hotel booking site (like Booking.com or Agoda), those sites may also set their own cookies — you can check their individual privacy policies for details.
Affiliate links
NomadStayHQ participates in affiliate programmes, including Travelpayouts. When you click a hotel link and make a booking, we may earn a small commission. This doesn’t cost you anything extra and doesn’t affect the prices you see. We only recommend services we’d use ourselves.
How we use your data
- To improve the site and understand what’s useful to visitors
- To respond to messages and enquiries
- To track affiliate referrals (anonymised booking data only)
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties except as described above (analytics and affiliate tracking).
Your rights
Depending on where you’re based, you may have rights under laws like GDPR (EU/UK) or similar frameworks. You can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Request we delete any data we hold
- Opt out of analytics tracking (use your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or a tool like uBlock Origin)

Once you leave our site, we’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
